STRENGTHENING RURAL FAMILIES USES A COLLABORATIVE APPROACH TO PROMOTE THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN RURAL COMMUNITIES. WE ACCOMPLISH THIS WORK THROUGH EDUCATION, ADVOCACY, COALITION EFFORTS, AND THE BUILDING OF COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS. WE PARTNER, ADMINISTER RESOURCES, PROVIDE SUPPORT, AND ENGAGE IN PROGRAMMING FOR OUR RURAL NEIGHBORS. WE ARE COMMUNITY CENTERED IN OUR APPROACH IN RECOGNITION OF THE UNIQUE NEED AND STRENGTHS OF OUR DIFFERENT SERVICE AREAS. WE USE EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION, PARENTING EDUCATION, FINANCIAL COACHING, SELF-REGULATION SKILLS BUILDING, ORAL HEALTH SERVICES, AND POSITIVE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS TO POSITIVELY IMPACT OUR COMMUNITIES.
