BEHOME PARTNERS INC. CONSISTS OF THREE DIVISIONS OF SERVICES:1. BEHOME PARTNERS IS A LICENSED HOMECARE COMPANY THAT IS PRIMARILY FUNDED BY SELF-PAY AND THIRD PARTY INSURANCE SOURCES. BEHOME ALSO PROVIDES PERSONAL CARE AND CAREGIVER SERVICES FUNDED THROUGH THE AREA AGENCY ON AGING. SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH BEHOME PARTNERS INCLUDES PERSONAL CARE, CAREGIVER, HOME HEALTH AIDE, AND NURSING SERVICES. BEHOME SERVICES ARE OFFERED TO PATIENTS REQUIRING SERVICES THAT ARE NOT COVERED BY CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH OR HOSPICE SERVICES. 2. BEHOME PARTNERS ALSO PROVIDES HOME TECHNOLOGY SERVICES THROUGH THE BEHOME HOMETECH PROGRAM INCLUDING HOME MEDICATION DISPENSERS AND PERSONAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE SYSTEMS (PERS).3. BEHOME ALSO PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS UNDER THE BEHOME PROFESSIONAL SERVICES DIVISION. THIS INCLUDES PHYSICIAN DIRECTED SPECIALTY SERVICES THAT DO NOT MEET CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION.BEHOME PARTNERS PROVIDES APPROXIMATELY 4,246 HOURS OF SERVICES THROUGH THE PROGRAMS WITH 49 NEW CONSUMERS ADDED DURING FY23 ENDING JUNE 30, 2023. THE AVERAGE DAILY CENSUS OF PERS UNITS WAS 276 UNITS AND 5 MEDICATION DISPENSERS LOCATED IN THE HOMES OF CONSUMERS.
