MISSION IS TO REDUCE SUBSTANCE ABUSE. PROVIDE WORKSHOPS, CLASSES TO OVER 1500 YOUTH AND 4000 PARENTS ANNUALLY. IN 2007 ADDED SUBSTANCE ABUSE ASSESSMENTS, OUTPATIENT TREATMENT, FAMILY THERAPY AND AFTERCARE.
