BECAUSE OF COVID-19, SMALL GROUPS MET ONLINE VIA ZOOM. OVER 800 PEOPLE FROM 21 DIFFERENT STATES PARTICIPATED IN GROUPS RANGING FROM 33 DAYS TO 9 MONTHS. OUR STAFF WAS ENGAGED IN EXTENSIVE PLANNING, LEADERSHIP RECRUITING, LEADERSHIP TRAINING, DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP TOOLS, AND COACHING LEADERS ON THE FRONT LINES OF MINISTRY.
DURING 2021-22, ALL FACE-TO-FACE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT CAME TO A HALT BECAUSE OF THE GLOBAL PANDEMIC. INSTEAD, WE CONTINUED TO TRAIN AND SUPPORT SOME 75 LEADERS ONLINE IN BOTH LARGE GROUP AND SMALL GROUP VIRTUAL SETTINGS. THIS SUPPORT INCLUDED ONLINE BOOT CAMPS, MENTORING, WORKSHOPS, AND A LEADERS GROWTH FORUM. WE ALSO LAUNCHED A 4+ YEAR INITIATIVE TO TRAIN 11 TOP LEVEL LEADERS, INCLUDING MONTHLY WORKSHOPS AND TWO YEARLY RETREATS.
IN 2021-22, WE TRANSLATED IN SPANISH AND PUBLISHED AN 82-PAGE SMALL STUDY TITLED "FIVE MISADVENTURES IN CHRISTIAN LIFE," WE CREATED AN 18-PART ONLINE STUDY CALLED "HEART'S DESIRE,X AND CREATED A NEW SERIES OF FOUR, SIX-WEEK LEARNING MODULES FOR IN-DEPTH LEADERSHIP TRAINING UNDER THE UMBRELLA OF "TYRANNUS HALL." ADDITIONALLY, WE CREATED TWO MORE SIX-WEEK STUDIES AS A PART OF AN ONGOING SERIES.
