THESE SERVICES ARE FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF MONTEREY, THE CITY OF SOLEDAD HOUSING AUTHORITY, OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND NONPROFIT CORPORATIONS, WHICH ARE EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL TAX UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE CODE OR SUCCESSOR PROVISION, AND TO CARRY ON OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THESE GOALS AS ALLOWED BY LAW.
