TO OPERATE A 36-UNIT SECTION 202 ELDERLY HOUSING PROJECT FOR LOW-INCOME DISABLED INDIVIDUALS. THE ORGANIZATION BEGAN OPERATIONS IN APRIL 2009 AND THE PROJECT IS REGULATED BY HUD WITH RESPECT TO RENTAL CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS. THE ACTIVITY REPORTED ON THIS FORM 990 REFLECTS THE ACTIVITY OF THIS PROPERTY THROUGH MARCH 31, 2022. EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2022, THE ORGANIZATION TRANSFERRED OWNERSHIP OF THE PROPERTY TO CHOICE HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR INTERGENERATIONAL AND COMMUNITY ENDEAVORS, INC. (CHOICE).
