TO OPERATE A 36-UNIT SECTION 202 ELDERLY HOUSING PROJECT FOR LOW-INCOME DISABLED INDIVIDUALS. THE ORGANIZATION BEGAN OPERATIONS IN APRIL 2009 AND THE PROJECT IS REGULATED BY HUD WITH RESPECT TO RENTAL CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS. THE ACTIVITY REPORTED ON THIS FORM 990 REFLECTS THE ACTIVITY OF THIS PROPERTY THROUGH MARCH 31, 2022. EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2022, THE ORGANIZATION TRANSFERRED OWNERSHIP OF THE PROPERTY TO CHOICE HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR INTERGENERATIONAL AND COMMUNITY ENDEAVORS, INC. (CHOICE). IN CONNECTION WITH THE TRANSFER, CHOICE ENTERED INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH HUD THAT RESTRICTS THE PROPERTY AS RENTAL HOUSING FOR THE ELDERLY THROUGH MARCH 31, 2042 AND HUD RELEASED THE ORGANIZATION FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CAPITAL ADVANCE.
