KIPP ALBANY COMMUNITY PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOLS (KIPP ALBANY) LAUNCHED ON JULY 1, 2020 AS THE NEW PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN KIPP TECH VALLEY CHARTER SCHOOLS (KTV) AND ALBANY COMMUNITY CHARTER SCHOOLS (ACCS). KIPP ALBANY IS A UNIFIED GROUP OF SCHOOLS STRIVING TOWARDS EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION IN THE CAPITAL REGION. LOCATED ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH END OF ALBANY, KIPP ALBANY WILL SERVE 1,600 STUDENTS IN GRADES K-8 IN THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR. KIPP ALBANY IS GOVERNED BY A LOCAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOCUSED ON PROVIDING STUDENTS WITH THE TOOLS THEY NEED TO ACHIEVE THEIR LIMITLESS POTENTIAL IN COLLEGE, CAREER, AND BEYOND.

THE REGULAR SCHOOL PROGRAM PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR KINDERGARTEN THROUGH GRADE 8. THERE ARE APPROXIAMATELY 1493 STUDENTS SERVICED.
THE SPECIAL EDUCATION PROGRAM PROVIDES CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS WITH APPROPRIATELY BASED EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE. 6% OF STUDENTS RECEIVE SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL SERVICES.
OTHER PROGRAMS - FIELD TRIPS, TRANSPORTATION, AND NUTRITIONAL PROGRAMS SERVE STUDENTS IN KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 8.
