SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOLS-ESTABLISH TASK FORCE TO CREATE SAFE ROUTES FOR CHILDREN TO WALK OR BICYCLE TO SCHOOL.
BICYCLE TRAINING-ESTABLISH SAFE WAYS FOR BICYCLES TO UTILIZE THE ROAD WITH AUTOMBILES. TO CREATE A SAFER ENVIRONMENT FOR RIDERS WHILE SHARING THE ROAD. REDUCE BICYCLE ACCIDENTS WITH AUTOMBILES. TO TRAIN NEW AND OLD RIDERS SAFE RIDING IN ALL CONDITIONS
