FAMILY LIFE CENTER BUILDING:PROVIDES A BUSINESS LOCATION FOR COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATIONS AS AN INCUBATOR PROGRAM TO NURTURE AND ENCOURAGE DEVELOPING TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS THAT SERVE THE WELFARE OF TARGETED GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS. RENTAL RATES CHARGED TO TENANTS ARE BELOW FAIR MARKET VALUE TO AID THE TENANTS IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THEIR CHARITABLE FUNCTIONS.
