INSTITUTE HAS DEVELOPED A MODEL TO EVALUATE AND IDENTIFY AUTISTIC INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE UNIQUELY SKILLED. ONCE IDENTIFIED THE INSTITUTE PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL AND OCCUPATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO THESE INDIVIDUALS. A 4 PHASE PROGRAM TO DEVELOP THIS MODEL HAS BEGUN. THE 4 PHASES ARE: 1. EVALUATION AND MODEL DESIGN (COMPLETED); 2. TESTING EVALUATION MODEL (COMPLETED); 3. OUTREACH MARKETING (ONGOING); 4. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MODEL TO THE GENERAL AUTISTIC POPULATION. (ONGOING).
