PROVIDED INSTRUCTION IN T'AI CHI CH'UAN, QI GONG AND RELATED INTERNAL MARTIAL AND HEALING ARTS FOR THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF THE COMMUNITY. THE CLASSES ARE TAUGHT BY QUALIFIED INSTRUCTORS AND HELD IN A LOCAL STUDIO. HELPED INCREASE THE AWARENESS OF THE HELATH BENEFITS OF T'AI CHI CH'UAN AND QI GONG BY TEACHING THE CHARLOTTESVILLE COMMUNITY MEMBERS. GAVE TALKS, WORKSHOPS, CLASSES AND DEMONSTRATIONS AT LOCAL HOSPITALS, UNIVERSITIES, RETIREMENT CENTERS AND MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDERS' OFFICES.
