GENERAL HEALTH INITIATIVES - INCLUDE SOCIAL DETERMINANTS, DIRECT PRIMARY CARE EDUCATION, AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF TOOLS AND RESOURCES TO HELP PHYSICIAN PRACTICES IMPLEMENT TELEMEDICINE AND TECHNOLOGY.
