GAP! SERVICES GIRLS GRADES 3-12 (70% ANGLO/30% LATINA) IN BOTH JACKSON AND TETON VALLEY SCHOOLS DISTRICTS DURING THE ACADEMIC YEAR. PROGRAMMING IS BASED OFF OF CRITICAL RESEARCH THAT AIMS TO ACTIVELY ENGAGE GIRLS IN LEADERSHIP SKILLS THAT WILL DEVELOP THEIR VOICE AND HIGHLIGHT PERSONAL STRENGTHS. THE PROGRAMS SERVICES 250 GIRLS AND 100 CAREGIVERS ANNUALLY.


GAP! SUMMER CHALLENGE ACTIVITIES CONTINUES THE SOCIAL EMOTIONAL LEARNING CURRICULUM CONDUCTED DURING THE ACADEMIC YEAR & BRING OPPORTUNITIES FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL GIRLS TO EXPLORE THE NATURAL SURROUNDINGS OF OUR RURAL COMMUNITY. GAP! PROVIDES LEARNING PROGRAM SESSIONS & WORKSHOPS THAT INCLUDES KAYAKING, RIVER RAFTING, BACKPACKING, HIKING, CAMPING AND RANCH CAMP, WHICH ALLOWS GIRLS TO BE COURAGEOUS, TRY NEW ACTIVITIES, COHESIVE TEAM BUILDING, LIFT EACH OTHER UP, CREATE MEANINGFUL PERSONAL CONNECTIONS AND LEARN TO TRUST THEMSELVES WITH OUTDOOR SKILLS.
