SEEDS OF LITERACY (SEEDS) IS AN INNOVATIVE, AWARD-WINNING ADULT LITERACY PROGRAM OFFERING FREE, ONE-TO-ONE TUTORING IN BASIC EDUCATION AND HIGH SCHOOL EQUIVALENCY (HSE) PREPARATION TO ADULTS. WE SERVE 1,000 STUDENTS ANNUALLY WITH THE HELP OF OVER 250 VOLUNTEER TUTORS.UNLIKE OTHER ADULT EDUCATION PROVIDERS, WE PROVIDE: - INDIVIDUALIZED CURRICULA AND ONE-TO-ONE INSTRUCTION FOR EACH STUDENT BASED ON THEIR ACADEMIC LEVELS - CONTINUOUS, YEAR-ROUND CLASSES WITH WEEKLY REGISTRATION - FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING, WITH MORNING, AFTERNOON, AND EVENING CLASSES
