THE ORGANIZATION SHALL DISPENSE THESE FUNDS TO NEEDY PERSONS AND FAMILIES AS WELL AS MAKING CHARITABLE DONATIONS TO WORTHY ORGANIZATIONS AND CAUSES WITHIN THE SERVICE AREA OF COTTON ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE INC.
