COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS NURTURE RICH AND DIVERSE SPACES FOR CONNECTION TO ONE ANOTHER AND ENCOUNTERS WITH THE DIVINE THROUGH HOSTING CONFERENCES, ONLINE GROUP DIALOGUE, AND AFFINITY GROUP SPACES. Q CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP HELD ITS ANNUAL CONFERENCE VIRTUALLY IN JANUARY 2022. OVER 1,000 ATTENDEES EXPERIENCED A WEEKEND OF WORSHIP, PRAYER, TEACHING, AND FELLOWSHIP. THE CONFERENCE FEATURED KEYNOTE SPEAKERS, CONCURRENT WORKSHOPS, AND A MULTITUDE OF FORMAL AND INFORMAL NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES THAT TOOK PLACE OVER FIVE DAYS. Q CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP ALSO HELD ITS ANNUAL PARENT SUMMIT IN KENNESAW, GA IN MAY 2022. FOR THREE DAYS, 40 PARENTS ATTENDED THIS EVENT AND WERE ENCOURAGED, EQUIPPED, AND CONNECTED WITH OTHER PARENTS OF LGBTQ+ CHILDREN.
INTERPERSONAL AND SPIRITUAL GROWTH PROGRAMS: INTERPERSONAL AND SPIRITUAL GROWTH PROGRAMS FOSTER SELF-ACCEPTANCE, SPIRITUAL FORMATION AND INWARD DEVELOPMENT THROUGH INSPIRING SPIRITUAL AND THEOLOGICAL DIALOGUE AND CREATING CONTENT SUCH AS DEVOTIONALS AND ONLINE RESOURCES. IN 2021, QCF HOSTED ITS LARGEST COMMUNITY GROUP COHORT WITH 1266 ATTENDEES AND 213 VOLUNTEER LEADERS. FUNDS WERE ALSO USED TO SUPPORT THE FORMATION OF THE SPANISH TRANSLATION TEAM AND TRANSLATION OF ALL 7 CORE QCF RESOURCES INTO SPANISH, PRODUCE EDUCATIONAL CAMPAIGNS AND RESOURCES AND PLAN FOR FALL 2022 COLLEGE EVENTS.
RELATIONAL JUSTICE PROGRAMS: RELATIONAL JUSTICE PROGRAMS SEEK LIFE-GIVING RELATIONSHIPS AND PARTNERSHIPS THAT PRIORITIZE CONSIDERATIONS OF INTERSECTIONALITY; THAT VALUE RECONCILLIATION AND LIBERATION OF THE MARGINALIZED; AND CREATE CONTENT WHICH INSPIRES THE COMMUNITY TO SEEK RELATIONAL JUSTICE.
