WE PROVIDE PROGRAMMING FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH AGES 8 THROUGH 18 IN A FIVE- TIERED STRUCTURE THAT ALLOWS PROGRESS OVER MULTIPLE YEARS. OLDER BENEFICIARIES ARE REQUIRED TO MENTOR YOUNGER PARTICIPANTS.
