THESE ARE MCDC'S TOP THREE PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS MEASURED BY THEIR SHARE OF OVERALL EXPENDITURES: 1) TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDED TO LEADERS OF PROSPECTIVE COOPERATIVE ENTERPRISES AND TRAINING OF THOSE GOVERNING AND MANAGING START-UP COOPERATIVES.2) DEVELOPMENT OF AN OPI APPROVED ONLINE CURRICULUM WITH A WEBSITE FOR EDUCATION AND OUTREACH OF THE COOPERATIVE BUSINESS MODEL, AND THE IMPACTS COOPERATIVES HAVE IN MONTANA.3) THE CONTINUED GROWTH OF A NETWORK OF COOPERATIVE SPECIALISTS ACROSS THE STATE AND IMPLEMENTING/UTILIZING SALESFORCE FOR TRACKING OF MCDC IMPACTS IN MONTANA.
