THIS IS A NINE WEEK PROGRAM AIMED TOWARDS EDUCATION AS A SUPPLEMENT TO THE PROGRAMS OF CHAUTAUQUA INSTITUTION.
THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS IN MUSIC, ART, DANCE, DRAMA, AND TO MEMBERS OF THE CHAUTAUQUA FESTIVAL ORCHESTRA. THE PROGRAM IS PRESENTED IN COOPERATION WITH THE CHAUTAUQUA SCHOOL OF MUSIC AND IS MADE POSSIBLE WITH FUNDS RAISED BY CLUB MEMBERS AND ALSO DONATIONS FROM MEMBERS AND OTHER INDIVIDUALS.
CONTEMPORARY ISSUES FORUM - EACH YEAR, THE CLUB SPONSORS A SERIES OF LECTURES OPEN TO ALL CHAUTAUQUA INSTITUTION VISITORS ON SATURDAY AFTERNOONS IN THE HALL OF PHILOSPHY. EXPERTS IN VARIOUS FIELDS ADDRESS NATIONAL AND GLOBAL ISSUES AS WELL AS FAMILY, HEALTH, AND SOCIAL CONCERNS.
