IT ALSO ENCOURAGES EXCELLENCE THROUGH LEADERSHIP INITIATIVES INCLUDING STUDENT AND FACULTY OUTREACH AND THROUGH COMMUNICATIONS WITH THOSE INFLUENCING OR MAKING HIGHER EDUCATION POLICY.
