TELECOMPIONEERS PROVIDES TOOLS FOR RECRUITMENT, DEVELOPMENT, AND RETENTION OF MEMBERS. THIS INCLUDES MEMBER RECRUITMENT DRIVES, DATABASE (IMIS) TO TRACK MEMBERSHIP, APPLICATION (PALS) TO PLAN AND CONDUCT EVENTS, TRAINING, MEETINGS TO PLAN PROJECTS, PIONEERS ANNUAL MEETING, ETC.
