DEDICATED TO IDENTIFYING AND MEETING VARIOUS SOCIAL NEEDS OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY BY ENGAGING AND EMPOWERING URBAN YOUTH AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH PROGRAMS THAT INSTILL VISION AND A SENSE OF PURPOSE.

SYNERGY - A PAID INTERNSHIP THAT YIELDS EXCEPTIONAL GLOBALLY MINDED LEADERS THROUGH A STRATEGIC FOUR PILLAR APPROACH DESIGNED TO CULTIVATE STRONG PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND WORK ETHICS. THIS 10-WEEK PAID INTERNSHIP PROGRAM DEVELOPS PARTICIPANTS THROUGH FOUR UNIQUE PILLARS THAT INCLUDE: COMMUNITY SERVICE, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, HEALTH & WELLBEING, AND FINANCIAL STEWARDSHIP. STUDENTS ARE PLACED IN AN INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY WITHIN THEIR FIELD OF INTEREST WHERE THEY RECEIVE MENTORSHIP AND TRAINING RESULTING IN EXPERIENCE AND EXPOSURE TO THE DIVERSE TALENT POOLS ENTERING THE WORKFORCE.

TEEN TECH - A TWO-TRACK PROGRAM THAT STIMULATES YOUNG PEOPLE TO THINK LIKE ENTREPRENEURS. THE PROGRAM GUIDES STUDENTS THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF A BUSINESS IDEA WEAVING IN SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURISM CONCEPTS. STUDENTS LEARN THE GOOGLE OFFICE SUITE, PUBLIC SPEAKING SKILLS, AND THE COMPONENTS OF A GOOD BUSINESS PLAN.
