IT PROVIDES TRAINING AND MATERIALS FOR THE VOLUNTEERS TO HELP THEM PERFORM THEIR DUTIES TO THE HIGHEST EMS STANDARDS. HFMVA IS THE PRIMARY EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE TOWNS OF MENDON AND WEST BLOOMFIELD, AND THE VILLAGE OF HONEOYE FALLS IN UPSTAE NEW YORK. OFFICIALLY A DEPARTMENT OF THE VILLAGE OF HONEOYE FALLS. HFMVA SERVES A COMMUNITY OF APPROXIMATELY 9,500 RESIDENTS IN A 60+ SQUARE MILE DISTRICT, AND COVERS 1000 OR MORE REQUESTS FOR SERVICE EACH YEAR.
