21ST CENTURY COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTER - THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES AFTER-SCHOOL ACTIVITIES FOR LOW PERFORMING STUDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES IN THE UTICA CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT AT JFK AND DONOVAN MIDDLE SCHOOLS AND PROCTOR HIGH SCHOOL. SOME OF THE ACTIVITIES PROVIDED INCLUDE TUTORING, FAMILY LEARNING SERIES, CAREER EXPLORATION, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, CAREER AND COLLEGE BOUND, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, HEALTH AND WELLNESS, THEATER, DRAMA AND PERFORMING ARTS. THIS PROGRAM IS FUNDED BY GOVERNMENT CONTRIBUTIONS THAT AMOUNTED TO $813,628.
