SERVICES ARE PROVIDED WITH DEDICATION, COMPASSION, INNOVATION, AND COMMITMENT. THE AGENCY SUPPORTS PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, ACQUIRED BRAIN INJURIES (ABI) AND MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES.

COMMUNITY SERVICES PROVIDES A FULL RANGE OF SUPPORT TO PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL AND OTHER DISABILITIES,INCLUDING RESIDENTIAL, DAY, EMPLOYMENT, COORDINATION SERVICES AND AGENCY WITH CHOICE. ACCESSCNY OFFERS AN INNOVATIVE YOUNG ADULT PROGRAM FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES LEAVING HOME FOR THE FIRST TIME AS WELL AS IN-HOME SERVICES FOR CHILDREN WITH AUTISM.
CONSUMER-DIRECTED PERSONAL SERVICES IS A FACILITATED CONSUMER-DIRECTED HOME BASED PERSONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. ACCESSCNY IS THE FISCAL INTERMEDIARY AND EMPLOYER OF RECORD. PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES SUPERVISE THEIR OWN PERSONAL ASSISTANTS. SERVICES CAN BE PROVIDED IN THE LANGUAGE OF THE PARTICIPANT'S CHOICE.
MENTAL HEALTH RESIDENTIAL PROVIDES OMH CERTIFIED HOUSING IN COMMUNITY RESIDENCE AND APARTMENT SETTINGS.
