EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR COMPENSATION - 50% OF ANNUAL SALARY IS RELATED TO PROGRAMS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. DUE TO THE DEMANDING NATURE, COLLABORATIVE PLANNING, REPEATED REGISTRATIONS, MARKETING EFFORTS, AS WELL AS SCHEDULING SPEAKERS, CATERERS, VENDORS, ETC. THERE IS ALSO AN AWARDS PROGRAM, AN ANNUAL MEETING AND A BOARD MEETING. THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR IS ON-SITE FOR ALL CONFERENCES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR AND FACILITATES EVENTS AND COORDNIATES PARKING AND OTHER NECESSARY FUNCTIONS OF THE ORGANIZATION. THERE IS NO ASSISTANT SO ALL RESPONSIBILITY RESTS WITH THE ED FOR THESE TASKS.
