ORGANIZATION OPERATES LOCAL ICE FACILITY FOR PUBLIC SKATING AND ATHLETIC EVENTS AND PROVIDES RECREATION TO GENERAL PUBLIC. VOLUNTEERS RUN ALL ASPECTS OF MAINTAINING THE FACILITY. A LARGE PART OF THE PROGRAM IS TO TEACH HOCKEY AND SPORTSMANSHIP TO AREA YOUTH. WE HAD A SUCCESSFUL SEASON OF YOUTH HOCKEY WITH OVER 150 YOUTH HOCKEY PLAYERS PARTICIPATING. OUR VOLUNTEER STAFFED, OPEN SKATE SESSIONS WERE WELL ATTENDED BY THE LOCAL COMMUNITY AND PROVIDED A GREAT OUTDOOR ACTIVITY FOR FAMILIES AND PEOPLE. WE RAN A SUCCESSFUL ADULT HOCKEY TOURNAMENT AND THREE YOUTH TOURNAMENTS.
