EXPENSES RELATED TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT PROGRAMS FOR THE ORGANIZATION. ONE PROGRAM IS A FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS CALLED THE SUMMER SCIENCE INSTITUTE WHICH OFFERS STUDENTS A THREE WEEK HANDS-ON ENVIRONMENTAL AND TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE IN THE SERVICE OF OUR FRAGILE MARINE AND FRESHWATER ENVIRONMENT. MUTT MITTS IS ANOTHER PROGRAM WHICH SUPPLIES DOG OWNERS WITH THE BAGS NEEDED TO PICK UP AFTER THEIR DOGS ON TRAILS NEAR WATERWAYS AND COMMUNITY AREAS TO DECREASE CONTAMINATION OF SAID AREAS. THE LAST PROGRAM IS CELEBRATE OUR WATERS WHICH IS MEANT TO BE AN EDUCATIONAL FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT WITH ACTIVITIES ALL WEEKEND LONG FOR VARYING INTERESTS AND AGE GROUPS.
PUBLICATIONS - DIGITAL MEDIA AND CREATING THE NEWSLETTER "PONDERINGS" TO SEND TO MEMBERS OF THE ORGANIZATION.
