THROUGH PHILANTHROPIC SUPPORT AND ADVOCACY, WILDWOOD FOUNDATION SUPPORTS WILDWOOD PROGRAMS IN EMPOWERING PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, COMPLEX LEARNING DISABILITIES AND AUTISM TO LEAD INDEPENDENT, PRODUCTIVE AND FULFILLING LIVES.

ANNUAL SUPPORT: ACHIEVED AN INCREASE IN OPERATING SUPPORT THROUGH WILDWOOD'S ANNUAL GIVING.EVERY YEAR IMPROVEMENTS AND ENHANCEMENTS TO OUR PROGRAMS ARE IDENTIFIED TO BETTER THE LIVES OF THE PEOPLE WE SERVE WITH DISABILITIES. OFTEN THESE PROGRAM IMPROVEMENTS ARE NOT COVERED BY TRADITIONAL FUNDING SOURCES. OUR ORGANIZATION'S CHALLENGE IS TO RAISE THESE FUNDS TO PROVIDE THE VERY BEST SERVICES AND TO BE TRUE TO OUR ORGANIZATIONAL MISSION.THE ANNUAL FUND IS DESIGNED TO MEET THESE FUNDING CHALLENGES. IT HELPS US MAINTAIN OUR MARGIN OF EXCELLENCE IN ALL THAT WE DO.

MANY TIMES THE NORMAL FUNDING STREAMS DO NOT COVER THE RESOURCES NECESSARY TO ATTRACT AND RETAIN QUALITY STAFF. WILDWOOD GENERAL ENDOWMENT AND NED PITKIN ENDOWMENT PROVIDES CRITICAL SUPPORT TO HELP FUND THESE CHALLENGES.
