TO ENRICH COMMUNITY LIFE IN THE REGION BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES TO HELP THE PUBLIC REACH THEIR FULLEST POTENTIAL. THIS IS ACCOMPLISTED BY SUPPORTING LOCAL NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS FOR PROJECTS AND SPECIAL EVENTS THAT DIRECTLY BENEFIT THOSE WITH PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL AND FINANCIAL NEEDS.

ROOM RENOVATIONS - THE FOUNDATION RENOVATES ROOMS IN THE FACILITIES OF NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THAT BENEFIT CHILDREN IN NEED.

GRANTS GIVEN TO CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS - THE FOUNDATION GIVES GRANTS TO LOCAL AREA 501(C)(3) CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS TO BENEFIT LOCAL AREA ADULTS AND CHILDREN WITH PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL AND FINANCIAL NEEDS.


HOLIDAY SHARE - DURING THE HOLIDAYS, THE FOUNDATION RECEIVES WISH LISTS FOR FAMILIES IN NEED FROM LOCAL 501(C)(3) CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS AND SOCIAL SERVICE OFFICES. FOUNDATION VOLUNTEERS SHOP (WITHIN AN APPROVED BUDGET) FOR THESE FAMILIES AND PROVIDE THEM WITH THE ITEMS ON THEIR WISH LISTS. THE FOUNDATION ALSO PROVIDES WINTER COATS, HATS, GLOVES AND SCARVES TO LOCAL 501(C)(3) CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS TO DISTRIBUTE TO FAMILIES IN NEED. IN 2022 NINETY-FIVE ORGANIZATIONS WERE PROVIDED ITEMS, WHICH BENEFITED 5,000 INDIVIDUALS IN THE CAPITAL REGION.
