TO BUY AND SELL REAL PROPERTY AS NECESSARY FOR A FRATERNITY HOUSE; TO RENT OR LEASE SUCH REAL PROPERTY AS NECESSARY FOR A FRATERNITY HOUSE. TO HIRE OR RETAIN SUCH PERSONNEL AS NECESSARY FOR THE PURPOSE OF RUNNING, ORGANIZING AND MAINTAINING A FRATERNITY SUCH AS AN ATTORNEY, AN ACCOUNTANT, COOKS, MAINTENANCE MEN AND ANY OTHER PERSONNEL THAT MAY BE NEEDED ACCORDING TO THE EXECUTIVE OFFICERS OF THE FRATERNITY. THE FRATERNITY HOUSE WAS OCCUPIED AS CAMPUS HOUSING FOR MEMBER STUDENTS ATTENDING RENSSELAER POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE. THIS PARTICULAR YEAR THE DOMICILE WAS NOT FULLY OCCUPIED AND AS SUCH EXPENSES GREATLY EXCEEDED REVENUE.

MEMBER MEETING AND PRESENTATION IN ORDER TO UPDATE MEMBERS AND ASK FOR NEW CONTRIBUTIONS.
