THE MISSION OF CAPITAL REGION CHAMBER FOUNDATION, INC., A NOT-FOR-PROFIT WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF THE CAPITAL REGION CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IS TO ADVANCE THE WORK OF THE CAPITAL REGION CHAMBER IN ENGAGING THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY TO ADDRESS BUSINESS, CIVIC, EDUCATION AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT ISSUES CRITICAL TO THE ECONOMIC VITALITY OF THE REGION.

TALENT DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE INCLUDES TALENT, DIVERISTY, INCLUSION, LEADERSHIP TECH VALLEY, THE TECH VALLEY YOUNG PROFESSIONAL NETWORK, THE BUSINESS INTERN PARTNERSHIP, INSIDE CAPITAL REGION, THE NONPROFIT BUSINESS AWARDS LUNCHEON AND PROCEEDS FROM THE GOLF TOURNAMENT THAT BENEFIT THE FOUNDATION'S TALENT DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE. THE FOUNDATION OFFERS PROGRAMS,TRAINING AND INTERNSHIPS TO HELP CONNECT, DEVELOP AND EMPOWER PROFESSIONALS AND INSPIRE LEADERS TO SERVE AND STRENGTHEN OUR CAPITAL REGION COMMUNITY.
ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT INCLUDES THE ENTREPRENEUR BOOT CAMP WHICH PROVIDES INTENSIVE TRAINING THAT GUIDE WOULD-BE ENTREPRENEURS, EXISTING BUSINESSES AND VETERANS THROUGH THE STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS OF STARTING, OPERATING AND MANAGING A BUSINESS.
MILITARY ENGAGEMENT INCLUDES PROGRAMS IN SUPPORT OF THE REGION'S MILITARY BASES AND VETERANS.
