OVER AN ELEVEN-YEAR PERIOD ENDING IN 2001, THE CORPORATION PROVIDED $21.2 MILLION IN MORTGAGE LOANS TO FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS AND DEVELOPERS OF AFFORDABLE RENTAL PROPERTIES.
