PROVIDED LOW COST MORTGAGE FINANCING WITH FLEXIBLE UNDERWRITING CRITERIA TARGETED TO LOW AND MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES. OVER AN ELEVEN-YEAR PERIOD ENDING IN 2001, THE CORPORATION PROVIDED $21.2 MILLION IN MORTGAGE LOANS TO FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS AND DEVELOPERS OF AFFORDABLE RENTAL PROPERTIES. DURING THE YEAR ENDED APRIL 30, 2023, THE PROGRAM SERVED 38 PARTICIPANTS.
