TO ACCOMPLISH THIS ETC PROVIDES EMERGENCY SHELTER, ESSENTIAL CASE MANAGEMENT, MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING, AND PERMANENT SUPPORTED HOUSING. ETC OPERATES A FACILITY THAT OFFERS MULTIPLE UNITS OF TEMPORARY HOUSING FOR HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES AND MULTIPLE UNITS OF PERMANENT SUPPORTED HOUSING FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES. ETC ALSO PROVIDES SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WHO THE LOCAL SOCIAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT SHELTERS IN PRIVATE SECTOR MOTELS.

STEHP PROVIDES FUNDS FOR CASE MANAGEMENT, MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING, AND MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS FOR THE ETC HOMELESS SHELTER. STEHP PREVENTION PROVIDES FOR ASSISTANCE TO HOUSEHOLDS BEING FACED WITH AN EVICTION.
(PATH) PROJECTS FOR ASSISTANCE IN TRANSITION FROM HOMELESSNESS. THE PATH PROGRAM IS A HOMELESSNESS INTERVENTION PROGRAM WHICH ASSISTS THOSE LIVING IN A HOMELESS SITUATION EITHER IN PLACES NOT MEANT FOR HUMAN HABITATION OR THOSE LIVING IN HOTELS AND MOTELS IN TRANSITIONING TO PERMANENT STABLE HOUSING.
(NYSSHP) NYS SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAM. THE NYSSHP PROGRAM ASSISTS THOSE LIVING IN PERMANENT HOUSING AT ETC TO IMPROVE INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS, LINK TO COMMUNITY RESOURCES, AND IMPROVE OVERALL SELF- SUFFIENCY.
