IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NATIONAL MODEL AND NYS STANDARDS, TASC SURVIVES TO ACHIEVE THE FOLLOWING OBJECTIVES: A) ASSIST RELEASING AUTHORITIES WITH INFLUENCING BEHAVIORAL CHANGE AND REDUCING RECIDIVISM B) HELP REDUCE DETENTION AND INCARCERATION BY IDENTIFYING ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS MOST LIKELY TO BENEFIT FROM TREATMENT C) ASSESS PARTICIPANTS FOR LEVEL OF CARE NEEDED D) PROVIDE RELEVANT, OBJECTIVE INFORMATION AND/OR RECOMMENDATION TO ASSIST RELEASING AUTHORITIES (I.E.
