AS A PROVIDER THAT ACCEPTS MEDICARE & MEDICAID, WE SERVE A VULNERABLE, LOW-INCOME POPULATION & SPECIALIZE IN PROVIDING EXCELLENT TREATMENT TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES. SERVICES OFFERED INCLUDE PRIMARY CARE & GENERAL DENTISTRY, AS WELL AS PODIATRY, PSYCHIATRY, & GYNECOLOGY SPECIALTIES, PROVIDED BY CONSULTING PHYSICIANS WHO ARE FOCUSED ON SERVING THE DISABLED POPULATION.
