THE MISSION OF THETA XI IS TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING AND SCHOLARSHIP ASSISTANCE TO THE UNDERGRADUATE BROTHERS. IT IS AN INSTITUTION THAT PROVIDES ITS MEMBERS WITH NEW OPPORTUNITIES AND SPECIAL SERVICES WHILE CONTINUING TO CONTRIBUTE TO SOCIETY AND THE EDUCATIONAL ENDEAVORS IN PARTICULAR.

AS A SOCIAL FRATERNITY OUR CONTINUING ACHIEVMENTS CONSIST OF ASSISTING OUR 43 ACTIVE MEMBERS IN DEVELOPING INTELLECTUAL CURIOSITY THAT ASSURES THE HIGHEST SCHOLARSHIP RATING CONSISTENT WITH HIS ABILITY HABITS THAT LEAD TO BETTER PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH SINCERITY IN HIS ASSOCIATION WITH OTHERS AND CONFIDENCE IN HIMSELF RESPONSIBILITY TO CHAPTER COLLEGE COMMUNITY AND COUNTRY LEADERSHIP THAT COMES FROM PRACTICING THE PRINCIPLES OF DEMOCRATIC SELF-GOVERNMENT INTERESTS AND ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE OF REGULAR SCHOLASTIC STUDIES THAT EMPLOY SPARE TIME TO HIS ADVANTAGE AND SPIRITUAL UNDERSTANDING.
