METRO ASSISTS OVER 212 LIBRARIES (PUBLIC, ACADEMIC, HOSPITAL, MEDICAL CENTER, NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS) IN NYC AND WESTCHESTER COUNTY BY: TRAINING LIBRARIANS; DISTRIBUTING GRANT FUNDING FOR TECHNOLOGY, DIGITIZATION, BUYING BOOKS AND ELECTRONIC DATABASES; PROVIDING COURIER/DELIVERY SERVICE; PROVIDING AN INTERACTIVE WEBSITE FOR COLLABORATION AND INFORMATION; AND SUPPORTING THE MISSIONS OF LIBRARIES AND THEIR PARENT INSTITUTIONS.
