NATIONAL RECREATION FOUNDATION HOSTED A SERIES OF VIRTUAL CAPACITY-BUILDING WORKSHOPS/TRAININGS FOR GRANTEES IN 2022 ON VARIOUS SUBJECTS, INCLUDING: HOW COACHING CAN BATTLE RACISM, BUILDING RESILIENCE & SUPPORTING HEALING, TOOLS FOR INCREASING YOUR PHILANTHROPIC BOTTOM LINE, GOOD GOVERNANCE, TRAUMA TRAINING FOR YOUTH DEVELOPMENT STAFF & VOLUNTEERS. THE FOUNDATION HOSTED SEVERAL COHORTS OF FACILITATED PEER LEADERSHIP CIRCLES FOR GRANTESS TO SUPPORT NONPROFIT LEADERS DURING UNCERTAIN TIMES. ADDITIONALLY, NRF PROVIDED PROGRAM EVALUATION SUPPORT TO GRANTEES THROUGH A RELATIONSHIP WITH UNIVERSITY RESEARCHERS SPECIALIZING IN OUTDOOR RECREATION PROGRAM EVALUATION.
