MATERNAL AND INFANT HEALTH PROGRAM - MAIN PURPOSE IS TO IMPROVE HEALTH EQUITY AND MATERNAL AND INFANT HEALTH OUTCOMES AND REDUCE INFANT MORTALITY RATES. TBHL DELIVERS INTENSIVE INTERVENTIONS TO THE BRONX NEIGHBORHOODS WITH THE GREATEST INEQUITIES IN MATERNAL AND INFANT HEALTH OUTCOMES. TBHL COORDINATES AND CONDUCTS WORKSHOPS ON BREASTFEEDING, SAFE SLEEP,WOMENS HEALTH AND FAMILY PLANNING DIRECTLY TO REPRODUCTIVE AGE WOMEN AND THEIR FAMILIES. SERVICES INCLUDE DOULA CARE OR HOME VISITING PROGRAMS.
OTHER PROGRAMS- INCLUDES PROGRAM ACTIVITIES TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY OUTREACH SERVICES, INCREASE COVID-19 TESTING, EDUCTION AND ACCESIBILITY FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE AT HIGH RISK OF CONTRACTING COVID-19 AND HAVE A HIGHER LIKELIHOOD OF MORBIDITY AND MORTALITY FROM THE VIRUS.
