TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE & EDUCATION - REDC PROVIDES TARGETED TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO LOW INCOME, MINORITY, WOMEN AND IMMIGRANT ENTREPRENEURS & SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS, HELPING THEM TO OVERCOME TRADITIONAL IMPEDIMENTS TO BUSINESS GROWTH AND SUCCESS.
