WE PREPARE PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND/OR LOW SOCIOECONOMIC STATUS FOR EMPLOYMENT BY TEACHING WORKFORCE READINESS SKILLS AND PROVIDING JOB PLACEMENT, ON-THE-JOB TRAINING, AND ONGOING SUPPORT TO ASSURE LONG-TERM SUCCESS AT NO COST TO THE INDIVIDUAL OR EMPLOYER.

CAREERS SUPPORT SOLUTIONS IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT FINDS PRODUCTIVE EMPLOYMENT FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH LEARNING, INTELLECTUAL, DEVELOPMENTAL, PSYCHIATRIC AND/OR PHYSICAL DISABILITIES AS WELL AS LONG- TERM UNEMPLOYED; PROVIDES EXTENSIVE ON-THE-JOB TRAINING AND ONGOING SUPPORT SERVICES; EDUCATES EMPLOYERS AND THE COMMUNITY ABOUT THE BENEFITS OF HIRING WORKERS WITH DISABILITIES; AND FORMS EFFECTIVE PARTNERSHIPS WITH EMPLOYEES, EMPLOYERS AND FAMILIES.
