THE ASSISTANCE GIVEN TO THE FAMILIES GENERALLY CONSISTS OF AN IMMEDIATE PAYMENT UPON DEATH, WHICH IS INTENDED TO HELP WITH ANY IMMEDIATE EXPENSES. IN ADDITION, THE FUND MAKES AN ANNUAL DISTRIBUTION TO EACH OF THE SURVIVING FAMILIES. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE FUND DETERMINES THE AMOUNT PAYABLE BASED UPON THE OBJECTIVES AND PERFORMANCE OF THE FUND.
