VENTURE FOUNDATION IS DEDICATED TO SUPPLEMENTING THE DELIVERY OF SERVICES TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES IN THE ROCKLAND COUNTY COMMUNITY AND ASSISSTING BOTH NON-PROFIT AND INDIVIDUAL EFFORTS COMMITTED TO THE SAME OBJECTIVE. THIS ORGANIZATION SEEKS TO TARGET ITS SUPPORT TO ALL TYPES OF INDIVIDUALSWITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES; WHETHER SINGLY OR AS PART OF A GROUP. OUR METHODOLOGY IS TO SOLICIT FUNDS FROM PRIVATE CITIZENS, CHARITABLE TRUSTS, CORPORATE OR PRIVATE FOUNDATIONS, AS WELL AS THROUGH FUNDRAISING EVENTS AND PROGRAMS. FUNDS ARE MANAGED AND DIRECTED FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF RESOURCES FOR ENHANCED OR UNFUNDED PROGRAMS AND FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW FACILITIES.
