HURRICANE IDA COMMUNITY SUPPORT. IN RESPONSE TO HURRICANE IDA THE COMMUNITY MADE CONTRIBUTIONS WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THE FUNDS WHERE TO BE USED FOR THE BENEFIT OF LOCAL BUSINESS THAT WERE AFFECTED BY THE HURRICANE.
CONDUCTED MONTHLY MEETINGS FOR MEMBERS TO KEEP THEM INFORMED OF PLANNED EVENTS AND PROVIDE A FORUM FOR COMMUNITY LEADERS TO DICUSSED PLANNED ACTIVITIES AFFECTING THE LOCAL BUSINESS COMMUNITY. IN ADDITION PROMOTED NETWORKING OPPORUNITIES TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CHAMBER BY ORGANIZING SOCIAL EVENTS (ANNUAL HOLIDAY PARTY, GOLF OUTINGS SPOOKTACULAR: ANNUAL HOLLOWEEN EVENT.
