OWN & MAINTAIN THE COMMUNITY HOUSE FOR COMMUNITY MEMBERS USE, AND PRESENT THEATRICAL & ARTS PROGRAMS FOR THE GENERAL COMMUNITY. THE COMMUITY HOUSE ALSO SERVED THE COMMUNITY AS A PLACE TO HOLD NONPROFIT MEETINGS, PUBLIC SAFETY PRESENTATIONS, AND BEACH ECOLOGY. THE FACILITY ALSO INCLUDES A BOOTH FOR THE COUNTY POLICE OFFICERS, WHO PATROL THE COMMUNITY.
PROTECT THE COMMUNITY FROM DISEASE FROM RATS AND INFECTIOUS TICKS BY PROVIDING INSECTICIDES TO REDUCE THE RAT & TICK POPULATION. PET STATIONS WERE ESTABLISH TO PROVID REFUSE FOR PET EXCREMENT ON THE BOARDWALKS, ENHANCING CLEAN COMMUNITY CONDITIONS.
