LEADERSHIP CONVENTION - THE LEADERSHIP CONVENTION BY NAAAP BRINGS TOGETHER OVER 700 ASIAN AMERICAN AND PACIFIC ISLANDER (AAPI) LEADERS FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, NETWORKING, AND COMMUNITY BUILDING. IT CONSISTS OF 3 DAYS OF CONFERENCE PROGRAMMING, FOCUSED ON DEI AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TYPE OF PROGRAMMING. THE EVENT ALSO HOSTS A DIVERSITY CAREER FAIR AND EVENING GALA.

NAAAP'S SPEAKERS BUREAU IS A SYSTEM TO ORGANIZE AND OPTIMIZE SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS FOR CLIENTS AND SPEAKERS. NAAAP SPEAKERS ARE VETTED FOR THEIR PROFESSIONAL SPEAKING SUCCESS AND FOR EXEMPLIFYING THE STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONALISM AND LEADERSHIP THAT NAAAP REPRESENTS.
GENERAL PROGRAM - NAAAP'S GENERAL PROGRAMMING CONSISTS OF, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WIN (WOMEN IN NAAAP), NAAAP PRIDE, SELFCARE AND WELLNESS, AND CULTURAL TYPES OF PROGRAMS. THE NATIONAL ORGANIZATION PRIMARILY HOSTS VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR; MAY BEING THE HERITAGE MONTH IN WHICH MULTIPLE WORKSHOPS ARE FEATURED THROUGH THE MONTH OF MAY.
