CHAPTER DEVELOPMENT THE PURPOSE OF THE CHAPTER DEVELOPMENT IS TO ENABLE AND INSPIRE PEOPLE TO ASSERT THEIR LEADERSHIP TO ACHIEVE GREAT OUTCOMES IN SOCIETY, BUSINESS AND GOVERNMENT. THE CHAPTER DEVELOPMENT CONSISTS OF SEVERAL PROGRAMS AND EVENTS INCLUDING A SUMMIT FOR LEADERS OF EMPLOYEE/BUSINESS RESOURCE GROUPS, THREE WORKSHOP AND KEYNOTE SPEAKER TRACKS, A DIVERSITY CAREER FAIR.
THE NAAAP NATIONAL LEADERSHIP ACADEMY AND CONVENTION IS AN ADVANCED, SKILLS-BUILDING BOOT CAMP FOR NEW AND RETURNING NAAAP LEADERS,NATIONAL ADMINISTRATION MEMBERS
CAREER CENTER & EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUPS ARE VOLUNTARY EMPLOYEE-LED GROUPS THAT SERVE AS A RESOURCE FOR MEMBERS AND ORGANIZATIONS BY PROMOTING AND FACILITATING A DIVERSE, INCLUSIVE WORKPLACE ALIGNED WITH ORGANIZATIONAL MISSION, VALUES, GOALS, BUSINESS PRACTICES, AND OBJECTIVES.
