RISING STARS SUMMER LEAGUE, AMATEUR ATHLETIC ASSOC. INTRAMURAL SPORTS PROGRAMS AND ASSOCIATED EDUCATIONAL/INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS FOR BOYS AND GIRLS BETWEEN THE GRADES 4 AND 12.
PROVIDES ACADEMIC AND SOCIAL SUPPORT TO ITS PARTICIPANTS, UTILIZING THE POWER OF TEAMS AS A VEHICLE TO BETTER PREPARE KIDS IN AND THROUGHOUT HIGH SCHOOL, PROVIDES PRIVATE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR AT RISK KIDS, AND OFFERS OUTREACH AND COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROGRAMS.
PLANNING OF CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION OF A GYMNASIUM TO FURTHER ASSIST THE COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING A VENUE TO KIDS OF ALL AGES TO ENCOURAGE AND ENHANCE YOUTH SPORTS ACTIVIES.
