WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT: TO PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT SKILLS AND OCCUPATIONAL TRAINING TO INDIVIDUALS IN THE CAPITAL REGION OF HARTFORD SO THEY MAY ENTER OR RE-ENTER THE WORKFORCE LEADING TO ECONOMIC SELF SUFFICIENCY.
EDUCATION AND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT: TO PROVIDE YOUTH AND ADULTS WITH ACTIVITIES TO PREPARE THEM FOR POST SECONDARY EDUCATION AND CAREER OPPORTUNITIES, AND WITH WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT SKILLS TO PREPARE THEM FOR TODAY'S CHANGING ECONOMY.
