THE CORPORATION (VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION) WILL SUPPORT THE MISSION OF MYMICHIGAN MEDICAL CENTER MIDLAND BY RENDERING SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE TO PATIENTS, STAFF, AND THE COMMUNITY.

THE VOLUNTEERS PROVIDE DONATIONS TO THE HOSPITAL FOR THE PURCHASE OF CAPITAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE ENHANCEMENT OF PATIENT SUPPORT PROGRAMS AND FOR THE STRENGTHENING OF HEALTH EDUCATION PROVIDED IN THE COMMUNITY. THE MAJORITY OF THE PROCEEDS DONATED ARE FROM OPERATING THE HOSPITAL GIFTSHOP. THE VOLUNTEERS PROVIDE THOUSANDS OF VOLUNTEER HOURS TO THE HOSPITAL TO ASSIST WITH PATIENTS.
THE VOLUNTEERS PROVIDE DONATIONS TO A SCHOLARSHIP FUND AT THE MIDLAND AREA COMMUNITY FOUNDATION. THIS FUND WAS CREATED BY THE VOLUNTEERS TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS PURSUING AN EDUCATION IN THE HEALTHCARE FIELD.
